My wife is involved in illicit relations with her boyfriend even after marriage. I filed a divorce case in Bangalore on April, 22. My wife went to her parent’s home 10 months back. When she came to know divorce case, she filed a domestic violence case involving my old parents and married sister and claimed 50 lakhs. She also filed in Supreme Court for a stay and transfer of the case from Bangalore to Varanasi. I am unemployed and searching for a job in Bangalore. I am fully dependent on my retired father’s pension. How can we stop the transfer of the case from Bangalore to Varanasi?
